Commission

The commission regards either the Landlord (lessor) as well as the Tenant (leaseholder) depending on the conclusion of the mediated contract and therefore due at the time of signing the contract.

The commission paid by the LANDLORD is equal to a 1 month rental fee + VAT on the residential lease period => 12 months ;
– for periods of less than 12 months and a minimum of 3 month the commission will be equal to 10% + VAT on the total amount of the rental fee.

The commission paid by the TENANT is equal to a 1 month rental fee + VAT on the residential lease period => 12 months ;
– for periods of less than 12 months and a minimum of 3 month the commission will be equal to 10% + VAT on the total amount of the rental fee.

However, the minimum fixed expense is Euro 200 + Vat per lease contract.

For commercial leases with a term of 6 years: The commission is equal to 3% + VAT on the total rental fee of the commercial lease (6 years) to be paid by both LANDLORD and TENANT.
