  • seller’s certificate of civil status (married, free, separate)
  • in case of sale of agricultural land ‘urban use certificate’ (CDU), check of neighbour’s rights, easements

The seller agency COMMISSION is established at the time of the sales-assignment: usually 4% + VAT for exclusive mandate and 5% + VAT for non-exclusive assignment with a minimum of Euro 4000 + VAT.

Each affiliate is an independent contractor with full legal and patrimonial autonomy.
